Where are we located?
NFT trains out of The Belmont Athletic Club. You do not have to be a member to train with us.
How long is the free evaluation?
Your evaluation can last up to an hour.
What type of sessions do we offer?
Currently, we offer 1-on-1 sessions for clients who want to train privately, partner sessions for clients who want to train with a family member or friend, and small group training.
